How to obtain Special Attacks from templated creature

Hello, i am building a Rogue/ Psion/ Psychic Assassin NPC and am keen on increasing SA dice. Was wondering if there was a way to obtain Special Attacks from templated creature eg a half-kelvezu for instance. Thanks in advance!

I don't know off-hand of any way to gain extra SA from templates, other than being a monster with built-in sneak attack like a splinterwaif (which usually suck compared to the cost in HD and LA).
