What's the most ridiculous thing you can do with a giant caster level?

Check out the stealth bonuses too. "But the day of the Caster will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be added to his wealth by level."

Plus you can probably auto disarm any dumb melee who gets close enough

Phantasmal Thief was reprinted in Draconomicon, it's now 8th level, and now has set bonuses (+20 hide and move silently, no listed weight limit, gets a +20 strength modifier for disarm attempt purposes).
