There's none yet (and there is none mentioned in
the handbook). Yes I searched through all 11 pages. It was probably ported before the discussion forum was made. It almost makes me think we need an index for the discussion threads in the discussion forum (insert Xzibit picture here).
On to the topic at hand: Would anyone care to add forms for 21HD, 22HD, or 23HD Draconic Polymorph forms (for casters with Reserves of Strength)? You can use Crystal keep's monsters by HD as a starting point. If you don't have it, you can ask for my full MetaCompedium (find "email" in link in sig).
