4e game needs 3 more players

Real life has gotten busier for several of my players and our game finds itself looking to reload with 3 more players.

System: D&D 4e
Setting: Forgotten Realms
Campaign: Scales of War
Current Players: VennDygrem, Nanshork, Shadowhunter
Starting Level: Level 1 (though everyone will be a little over halfway to level 2 to keep on pace)

With 6 total players most roles are open as of now. We have one character already Halfling Sorcerer (filling a striker role).

I'd give it a shot but I know jack about 4e, never having played.  You'd have to deal with a newb.

I have another player interested in joining the game from the recruitment thread I put on GITP. So along with bhu we would be looking for just one more now as of now.

Going to keep this thread open for another couple days while the group determines what they will play to find the last player. If no final option present by the time the others are ready to begin then I will close this and proceed with our present 5 players.

I am interested. I will be new to 4e, but I have played 3.5e before, so hopefully, it will not take long for me to get accustomed to 4e.

4e is not hard to pick up at all. There are a few differences from 3 and 3.5 but nothing so significant that you won't be able to easily learn it.
