If you want something pretty straightforward, I'm sure you can mix a few levels in Monk, Paladin and Soulknife with a generous helping of Soulbow.
Season with Hidden Talent
Hidden Talent
Your psionic talent is strong enough to manifest a single power.
Level: 1st
Replaces: Wild Talent class ability
Benefit: You gain the Hidden Talent feat instead of the Wild Talent feat at 1st level (see Expanded Psionic Handbook, page 67). You gain 2 psionic power points, can now learn any psionic feat for which you meet the prerequisites, can expend your psionic focus, and can gain a single 1st-level power from any list.
Special: Normally the Hidden Talent feat can be taken only once at 1st level, but a soulknife with this class ability can take this feat multiple times, each time gaining an additional 2 psionic power points and another 1st-level power.
to get the manifesting needed for Tashalatora
TASHALATORA
You have successfully integrated martial arts with psionic power under the tutelage of Tashalatora masters.
Prerequisites: Autohypnosis 5 ranks, Concentration 5 ranks, Monastic Training (psionic class), ability to manifest 1st-level powers.
Benefit: Your levels in the psionic class you selected for Monastic Training stack with your monk levels to determine your AC bonus, flurry of blows attacks, and unarmed damage from the monk class.
and pick up Flowing Blade
Flowing Blade [General]
Prerequisite: Ability to generate a mind blade, Weapon Focus (mind blade), flurry of blows class feature.
Your mind blade is an extension of your body and soul, and you wield it with the same grace as your foot or fist.
Benefit: You can treat your mind blade as a special monk weapon so that you can perform a flurry of blows with it.
Special: A kalashtar or Inspired monk can select this as a bonus feat at 2nd or 6th level, in addition to the normal options available at those levels. They must still meet all prerequisites for the feat.
Make it into a Halfling, give 'em Yondalla's Sense and Zen Archery for some Wisdom to Initiative and ranged attack rolls, some Serenity to switch the Paladin saves to Wisdom.
Flurry with mind arrows, get neat passive abilities. Not as good as spellcasting, but pretty straightforward. Oh and one last piece of advice. Figure out how to flatter/blackmail your DM into allowing you other weapon enhancements than the one listed and pick the +3 bonus of
