Pretty much, Alignment's changed but the biggest deal is they are Hawk-Headed Avens, but Amonket allows you to pick Ibis-Headed.

They feel like the divine answer to the flying Teifling.

Yep that's it , thanks.

hmm does Kefnet's Blessing stack or overlap with Bard's Jack of all Trades ?
If it stacks , a Wiz Abjure 7 / Bard 2 gets a nice boost.

Technically no?

Jack of All Trades
Starting at 2nd level, you can add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any ability check you make that doesn’t already include your proficiency bonus.

Kefnet’s Blessing

You are including your Proficiency bonus, even if it is just half of it.

hmm I didn't anticipate that.
I was thinking more like Barb AC and Monk AC overlap / not stack.

I can see your post working on set theory along the lines of :
No Prof = zero, and Yes Prof = any number greater than zero.
Or working linguistically as :
adjective noun vs "no adjective" noun , doesn't matter, the noun is the noun.

I'd argue that :  half+half=whole , is simpler.

Is it really through? Because it prompts the idea of more complex builds and requires referencing to untested UA content subject which to change all so you can be asked about how far your houserules that allow them to stack actually go.

For example, instead of using them both we just want to use Proficiency with Jack of All Trades. One adds a whole and the other adds a half, it's totally simpler to say you apply x1.5 right?  :thumb

They do have counting that does work like that,
like spellcasting, a 1/2 level + 2 * 1/3 level = 1
and can go up from there.

But I can see the problem, say with FiChamp 7
where 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 , but with all three abilities
it'd go 1/2 + 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 with the cap.

They handle skill expertise just fine.
The various wordings can be tighter to more clearly
indicate which counting style they're using.
Perhaps I'm asking for too specific a granularity.
