hmm does Kefnet's Blessing stack or overlap with Bard's Jack of all Trades ?Technically no?
Jack of All Trades
Starting at 2nd level, you can add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any ability check you make that doesn’t already include your proficiency bonus.
Kefnet’s BlessingYou are including your Proficiency bonus, even if it is just half of it.
You can add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any Intelligence check you make that doesn’t already include your proficiency bonus.
I'd argue that : half+half=whole , is simpler. Is it really through? Because it prompts the idea of more complex builds and requires referencing to untested UA content subject which to change all so you can be asked about how far your houserules that allow them to stack actually go.
