... and the new zexy Avatar, me-ow !!

I tend to gag when there are mushrooms in my food.  I've said it before but my family takes no notice of it, especially my aunt.  I'd be fine with her adding mushrooms to the meals if she didn't get pissy about me removing them from my food.

Went upstairs for dinner and saw she made some sort of casserole.  With large sliced mushrooms in it.  Nope, no dinner for me.  I'm already in stomach distress thank you very much.  I'll just get an Ensure shake and come back downstairs to read.

I like mushrooms, but you can get some of the flavor without the gagging, via Tomatoes or Peas or Parmesan Cheese.

All you gotta do is actually puke from it once ... but at the table and on the table, preferably into the casserole itself.  Won't happen again on their end.  I promise.  I can haz Foresight.

Alas, I'm not keen on causing a ruckus or mess like that...  Thankfully she doesn't do it often enough to warrant actually going for that.

I know from experience it takes a Bachelors degree to so much as be a secretary here, so why is every single secretary/receptionist I speak to the most goddamn, ignorant fucking mouth-breather  have ever met?

Qualification does not equate to intelligence the way you think it would sadly. I work with doctors quite a lot and this is true all the way up...

Why would anyone with 3 braincells giving each other rimjobs be a secretary/receptionist in the first place? The required degree (in what doesn't matter) is merely the new 'high school diploma'; it merely means that you are able to follow direction and hoop-jump reliably.

Honestly, I only interact with Dr's receptionists, and only half of those are moronic fucktards; the other half can remember hundreds of patients' names and be efficiently cordial on a consistent basis.

So apparently, you're just twice as lucky as I am, bhu.

No but they know im not into killling people.  A lot of it was spent asnwering the same question phrased several different ways

"Have you ever felt the urge to murder someone"

No.  Beating them senseless is a different story.

"Have you ever wanted to kill someone in a moment of road rage?"

Didn't I just answer this question? No.

"Has anyone touching you inappropriately made you want to kill them?"

Goddamn you love to beat that drum...

I was hoping he'd ask "Has anone ever questioned you to the point you wanted to run them down with your car?" so I could say "Yes, now that you mention it, yes they have..."

I stepped on some ice when I was walking home and came down hard on my left elbow (thankfully, I'm right-handed).

Luckily, it didn't break or dislocate, but I've got some swelling, and it hurts when I bend my arm. I think I might end up sitting out karate tomorrow.

Saw something weird today ... my weirds get quite weird.

I was driving along and I came up on:  a ZipCar with a Boone County, Kentucky licence plate.

500 miles away.  The guy was driving just fine, but it's seriously out of place.

I was tempted to ask him how he got out of Boone County  :??? ... 'cept the obvious answer.

Feeling lethargic the past few days; it's gotten to the point that I can't even muster the will to read comics or books.  I've been just pointlessly web-surfing for the last day or so after work.  I'm not sick, just...unusually tired and unmotivated.

A note to prospective mothers: After watching your son vomit ofr several moments the correct response is not "My knee hurts and I've ordered carry out, would you mind contaminating the local Bob Evans?"

No, the proper response is panic. Lots of it.
