Yes, Kel and Tuokool can tell it came from the lower right corner of the room. They did not get line of sight from their position with the wall and a terminal blocking the square she is in.
You and the rest only hear her but once in the hall it will be clear it came from the room.

McP, can we put you at J7 instead? From I6 you would not have a line of sight to see the target to aid in attacking. The wall is fully in the way from the I6 square.

Yes. Working like a poison (even though it is anesthesia). While the condition is a persistent one, per the treat injury listing in the Core Rules it can be treated as a full round action.
