Can a duskblade use Arcane Channeling on any SLA's it might have that are touch spells?

'Fraid not.  It only works on spells, not SLAs.  :(

 :-\

But how come?

Aside from not needing components, and not usable for counterspelling, SLA's are in every other way functionally identical to the spells they duplicate.

And duskblades are capable of channeling any touch spell they know, regardless of whether or not it comes from their spell list. or am I wrong about that too?

SLAs are like Spells, except they are not Spells and the ability to cast an SLA is not Spellcasting.

Sort of like how you have to use Quicken Spell-like Ability Feat instead of the Quicken Spell Feat. Like does not mean is. Arcane Channeling requires you to cast a Touch Spell you Know, SLAs fail in that area more than once.
