Class Features
Text
  • Engorged Form (Ex): Direct and savage, the flesh brute fights with the ferocious nature of a wounded animal. The flesh brute gains bonus corpuscles equal to his class level. These can only be invested into grafts in which he has the Focused Graft feat.
  • Crash Through (Ex): There is little enough to stop a flesh brute from going where he wants to go. The flesh brute may make an overrun attempt that affects all creatures in a line equal to his movement speed. He does not provoke attacks of opportunity, and if he fails, he is not knocked prone, he simply halts in place.
  • Cry of Torment (Su): The presence of the flesh brute is such that those who see it want to eradicate its foul presence forever. As an immediate action, the flesh brute can force an enemy within 60 ft. to make a Will save against 10 + class level + strength modifier. If they fail the save, they must spend their next round attacking the flesh brute in whatever form they choose (spells and other abilities count as attacking). The flesh brute can do this at will, but can only affect a given foe once every 24 hrs. At 5th level, all enemies who fail the save are shaken for one round.
  • Distended Weaponry (Ex): Raw power is all the flesh brute knows, and all he cares about. He gains the Improved Natural Attack feat for all grafts granting natural attacks in which he has a Focused Graft feat. If a natural attack meets these requirements later, that also gains the Improved Natural Attack feat.
  • Bash Down (Ex): Puny creatures that would resist the raw power of the flesh brute deserve to suffer. If the flesh brute successfully overruns an opponent, as a free action he may make one natural attack against that opponent.
  • Unnatural Growth (Ex): Swollen by the unholy experiments it visits upon its own form, the flesh brute grows ever larger and scarier. At 6th level, the flesh brute increases in size by one size category, and again at 9th level. Increase the damage dice of all natural attacks as appropriate, and change the flesh brute's statistics as per the Mutable Nature seed in the Arhosa Campaign Setting.
  • Presence of Fear (Su): Those who have suffered the rage of the flesh brute either rise against it, or flee from it. If the flesh brute successfully overruns an opponent, they are affected by Cry of Torment (if they fail the saving throw).
  • Hate the Weak (Su): The living are little more than playthings to be tormented by the flesh brute. The flesh brute may choose to have Cry of Torment affect all enemies within 30 ft. Enemies who fail the save cower in fear for 1 round and are shaken in the following round. They must attack the flesh brute (as per Cry of Torment) in the first round that they may use a standard or full-round action.
  • Slaughter the Fallen (Ex): The flesh brute lives by a simple code - stand and fight, or die on the ground. If the flesh brute successfully overruns an opponent, as a free action he may make a full attack against that opponent.
