has just had a massive overhaul.....
(really, it was a lot to recode)
.... And now it's more then just a bad looking Wizards of the Coast Mirror.
It's a work project website. The end goal is to find all the Homebrew from the Wizards of the Coast boards (mirrors from 2003, 2008, and just before closure), and put it all online.
And I also put a bunch of other files online. Like lost Netbooks, copies of websites that disappeared I happened to have downloaded, etc.

I'm also going to put my copy of RealmsofEvil.net up in the near future as a download. I figured out how to download a website from the Wayback Machine without using one of those services....

That is ridiculously awesome.
I do have to point out that most of the spoilers say "Show/Hide Min-Max Boards"...
But it is still ridiculously awesome.

Uhoh somebody might find my most embarrassing posts.

Oh bloody hell, I should have caught that.......

Wow... now THAT's a blast from the past. Thanks for doing this!

Just remember, if you want to be thank-full, pick a worksheet and get started! :D

Holy crap, you have proof that I successfully contributed to the Supermount conversation! I forgot about that!
The real question is, which board was 339....?
-
339 iirc , was lingo from the migration, which happened before or near the gleemax era.
I'd bet the crawl of the 2008 C.O. board is right, but does Solauren have the exact day of that crawl?
BG threw open it's doors on April 30 '08.
idk when wotc renamed+redirected boards1 to gleemax.

339 was lingo from before the migration because the WotC board was /339. The question is, which board was it so that I can crawl through that part of the mirror and see what else I can dig up.

This is the '08 c.o. header
http://www.secretsofthearchmages.net/Forums/F-70_1.html
... but it looks like it's organized by date, '03 on first page batch.
2-23-7 seems to be the last date ('cept for 1 later thread).

Picks up again for the '15 crawl.
6-2-8 is the first post , all the way to 9-3-15.

I think all this qualifies as good ol' 339.
And idk where in there gleemax happens, or whuzzup with the 15 month gap.
It looks like Google has crawled large parts of it.
edit --- this is the higher level links to everything board.

Part of it was how gleemax was set up.
I also deleted thread copies that had fewer posts (i.e first download that thread only had 30 posts, but later download it was up to 90).
That, and I did the gleemax download after they put that archieve they had online for a few months up. That wasn't complete by any means, but I did what I could.

Very nice.
But all you want is help sorting 5 categories:
1) No content
2) Content
3) Rules discussions
4) Ideas
5) Humor
And that's it? How does one query for only "rules discussion" threads?

And he's back from this bathroom renos!
Right now, there isn't a query method for the various results. Once they are all categorized, I'll figure something out.
But yeah, sorting them out, means looking at the threads one at a time, and eye-balling them. "Content" is easy. New/Custom Feat/Class/etc? Content
The rest, can be a little hit and miss but.....
Once it's all categorized, I'm hoping to set up lists that are sortable by 'Content type'. But that's a way off yet.

very cool!
