D&D 3.5 and Pathfinder / Re: Help reverse engineering bonus spell points

Well, I can see that this is going to be super fun.

@SorO_Lost:  Any luck finding that list?  I will have to extend it a ways, but it will be a good start.

In the campaign I am running we are using the spell point variant found here:

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/magic/spellPoints.htm

The primary caster of the group has a casting stat that far exceeds the maximum 50-51 on the chart.  Also, the chart includes "and so on" at the bottom, suggesting that it scales further without giving any information on how to calculate it.

I've tried figuring out what's going on, but it started making my head hurt, so I thought I would defer to those that are better at this sort of thing.  Is there something simple I'm missing?

Thanks for your time and effort.

Mine isn't either, which is probably why my damage is so low.  All that aside, which one should I choose between options I have presented?

Yeah, I know they aren't all that good, but that's due to the limitations set by the GM.  My character is a Pathfinder-only Arcane Archer, and I've managed to get him a 17 BAB and CL, and the only spell I have worked into these is True Strike.  If there is a better build available I'm all ears.

I have two potential 20th lvl builds I'm trying to decide between. In the long run, what will likely result in more damage overall:

6 attacks per round at 31/31/31/26/21/16 for 3d6 +21

or

1 attack per round at 51 for13d6 +30

Good idea, then I could probably get away with 2.

I'm trying to avoid the secret page trick, however the tome will be a good way to get access to all of the spells.  I also realized that I would need to know how many spells there are for each level.  Would 10 blessed books would be enough?

As much as it would make it suck to play a Candy Person, you forgot to mention that they explode when frightened.  I figure you kept that out to save people some grief.

Also, since the LSP are able to hover, I would consider either increasing their maneuverability to perfect or instead give them an ability similar to scorn earth.

Other than those, everything looks awesome.  :thumb

Across all official material, campaign specific and dragon included.  I'm trying to figure out how many blessed books would be required to have arbitrary access to every spell.

Thanks

That seems to be around where I was estimating.  How did you go about getting that number?  Also, weapon effectiveness won't be an issue  :plotting.

How would one go about calculating the HP of planet sized objects?

So it looks like after a person hits terminal velocity they will be falling about 1,000 feet per round.  About how long would it take to get to terminal velocity, and how far would they fall?

I'm just wondering about how fast someone falls when dropped from a great height?
