Is there a way to convert melee/ranged touch attacks into the other?

In other words, make a melee touch attack into a ranged touch attack, and a ranged touch attack into a melee touch attack....

Well, if the touch attack is for a spell, I suppose Reach Spell would do the trick.

Alternatively, if PF is here, the Magus class can make ranged spells into melee spells as part of it's class features.

Those are for spells of course.....If the touch attack is a natural attack then the Blood Wind spell could make it ranged.

Wraithstrike turns a melee into touch melee.
Blood wind turns Natural/Unarmed into ranged.
Ocular Spell turns many touch melee spells into ranged touch.

What about for a duskblade - can ranged touch attack spells be channeled as "touch spells" or is there something somewhere that makes it melee only? Reading the class, it would appear that any touch attack spell should be able to be channeled, regardless of ranged or melee.

The Enlightened Fist (monk gish prestige class from Complete Arcane) get the "hold ray" feature at 7th level, being able to use a ray spell as a melee touch attack. At 3rd level he can use a melee touch attack as part of an unarmed full attack action.

Also, good ol'spectral hand can deliver 0-3rd level melee touch spells from a distance.

And yes, duskblade's arcane channeling talks about "ANY touch spell". Even ranged touch ones or spells from other classes.
