Seems to be working fairly well, though I'm having some issues maintaining connectivity.  Perhaps I should get an actual client...

I'M OK with this.

Especially since it means i'll be getting to know some of the guys here a little better. =}

For that matter, anyone knows of a GOOD mIRC script out there? The only one i know is the one i used WAY BACK WHEN, and it's NoName Script... Which hasn't been updated in forever.

EDIT: Crap. Can't get a decent dice roller. Since we'll be having an IRC channel we may as well be having some real time gaming going on amrite or amirte?

I suppose that's what I get for trying to sit in on the chat room through a browser client.

I was on there for a while this morning... no one was on...

Yeah, I left my computer on, but haven't been there since 8 or so.

Any good clients that anyone has to suggest?  I keep getting "invalid session" messages from the Rizon website, so I'm going to start looking into other methods of connection.

If you don't already use a client that can do IRC for other IM services, mIRC seems to be a good one. I personally use Pidgin, but that's just because I also use it for AIM and don't want to bother installing another client.

I use Miranda IM, same reasons (and also MSN at one point).

Turns out that Adium can hook into IRC.  Jubilation!

Running pretty well, all said.  Now, we just need more people IN it.

Also, I'm not sure why, but Norns is the most adorable bot ever.

I've never used irc before... I downloaded colloquy, but I have no idea how to get into the actual room.   :bigeyes

I'm fairly certain that does it.

Holy crap, chat is a bot soap opera.  I don't keep logs, or I'd post it.

Because it was about 1am and my brain knew it, I found myself deciding that drawing ~chou kawaii~ moe anthropomorphisations of a dicebot would be a great idea that I should totally do. :tongue And that's what sparked

The bots are:
Moirai+Norns (pic) - Dice bot, alternates between the two names whenever it gets disconnected. Gives hugs.
Parcae - Search/calculator bot. Does not give hugs.

They are tsundere, yandere and kuudere respectively. :ninja
