11. Do you allow multi-classing, or have any particular rules in regards to it? There is no multiclassing penalty rules
12. Will you be doing all of the die rolling during the course of the game? Will die rolls be altered, or left to the honor system? If players can make die rolls, which ones do they make, how should they make the rolls, and how should they report them? In the beginning there was nothing, and then there was.

Hem-Ahrin, desert domain of gnomekind, and leading nation in both technological advances and magic theory. Al Kazim, a known wizard in the Arcane Order, THE guild for mages, and overarching organisation responsible for all sub and splinter guilds. based in the human capital of Adamant Keep, Al Kazim found a huge magical pulse wave appear from a falling star, from the north west, calculated by geologists and astronomers to be on Endelorn, an island which is known to have a dwarvern colony on, with not much else known about the island. Al Kazim propotitioned an expedition to the site, from which he was reportedly succesful.
And then he sent for you!
You are renown in your fields for what you do, wether it sword, spell, bow etc you are renown heroes, skilled assassins, infamous bandits whatever. With promise of great treasure, and a huge reward on your return, you have accepted the challenge, to delve into the unknown. from your travels to the town of Scorn, a commerce hub between the kingdom of Anostia and Hem-Ahrin, tales of treasure, mystery and danger arise, of secret plots and omens of the end times coming, you arrive at scorn were in your letter you were tasked to meet at the ship 'The Rusty Bucket' to leave the port on your month trip around the continent, there Al Kazim and Captain ShatterSword will greet you (This begins Quest Option 1)

I may be interested. I ran it a long time ago for my crew when it was first released for 3.5. They hated me for it so I figure I deserve the horrible horrible death I'll likely fall to if I play. Let me see if I can find something to inspire a character for this.

I remember some feats in there that give people spells one each per level, would probably rather have that then one of my Arcane Disciples, since they'd be keyed off Int.
