Edited my posts to reflect new appropriate scene info, too.

Their well trained, but It's bound to happen eventually. Would their armor draw attention in the city? Well, more than would be expected from a dire wolf and three orc hounds?

This.

The master hounds are big dogs, but they're still dogs. Having a Dire Wolf, which is Large, around... that's an attention-getter. That said, it is on the extremely low side of oddity. Especially in a major trade-transport city. Exotic stuff comes through from time to time. Also, Blessed Bloods normally have a little less of a time worrying about racism, but here it'll be a little less than that, even.

What distinguishes us as blessed to the public. Until they see us do something unusual that is?

Nothing, usually...
Though the fact that your group includes 3 big dogs, a dire wolf, an elf, a man that keeps himself concealed, an orc, and a dragonborn...

I don't see my character mentioned in that list. Unless you're calling Fina a big dog. :P

I could have my character look completely normal... I just think its more fun if he doesn't. :P

Since he gets the ability to disguise himself while incorporeal, I was going to say that his weird eye thing goes away when he "changes".

You and the dragon look human to them. You become 'oddities' elsewhere.

Not that I think it'd require an amazing skill check or anything. But I figure It's good to set a precedent.

A skill check to find the information on how to find Main Boulevard. I look forward to this conversation. At least you're making it an overall map search.

By the by, you can find your way to most of those locations without NPC interaction, seeing as how it is fluffed that you've been here before, and it wouldn't really take much of a Scholarship roll to remember your way around the primary roads.
It will make more sense when I get around to putting up some maps (need to get my scanner working), but except for the human-based characters (Grey and Fina) and Sckhar, pretty much everyone else has to have passed through here at least once. And even then, I can't imagine that Grey and Fina haven't.

Also, note: you're still missing Flay.

I'd still like to have a map of the city. Besides just being useful, it'll give us a place to make notes about the tasks we take on and Grugruk will want a map of each city we go to as a souvenir to take back home.

Maybe flay can meet up with us on the way or at the police station? Or while we're looking fir a map?

I took my cue off of the mention you were going for the kidnapped folk job and slid on over to the place, and wouldn't you know it, we got there at the same time! Weird coincidence... I know...

Anyway, I'm here now. Hey all.
I'm here and ready to keep confusing the hell out of everyone I meet.

I'll advance the scene on Wednesday for you all then. Need to nap before work today, and I have appointments all day tomorrow.

Figured while Arias is busy, I'll start up a conversation and let the characters get to know a little about each other. Granted they haven't made it to Kelzan yet, but as we walk, we can eventually bring him into the conversation before we knock on the door and Arias advances the scene

Okay, no promises, but I'm going to go ahead and start writing now...
Warning: I've had about 2 hours of sleep in the last 40. I have had 4 teeth removed. I'm on Codeine. So whether I get done writing or not is iffy.

Only thing to worry about is more descriptive lackings, or me passing out.
And the fist is because my normal muse doesn't like Codeine, or NSAIDs.
Vodka, I love you. But why do you hate the rest of my friends?

How much other traffic is there on the street we're walking down? So far I've been playing Korth as not trying particularly hard to keep his identity secret but he'd still probably stop short of blurting out "Dudz, I is a Dragonz!" to a street full of people.

I'm assuming that the attitude of ordinary people towards dragons in this setting is pretty similar to other setting (OMFG, giant lizard monster, RUN!)

I'm just trying to play Fina from her perspective; distrustful of strangers, guarded, but still generally warm and outgoing. It's a bit of a difficult mix of traits but I think it's really more of a hill to get over in the beginning and less of an obstacle later on after everyone's been part of the group for a while. Also, people usually don't tend to trust firestarters, so like Korth she's not actively trying to advertise her abilities.
