The Ghostwalker PRC (from Sword and Fist) gains the ability to Shadow Walk (as per the spell). The character travels at a rate of 1 mile in (11- number of Ghostwalker levels) minutes. Therefore, at the 10th Ghostwalker level the time is 1 mile in 1 minute. However, the Legacy Champion can advance it to 1 mile in (negative number) minutes. My question is: what happens?
Please, call me Count :).

You arrive before you left and causality weeps in a corner.

You'll have to have DM permission to do anything with that since many prestige classes weren't intended to be continued.

To keep things sane, I'd probably start going into rounds once you get past the minute mark.  So Ghostwalker 10 would be a minute (10 rounds), then 11 would be 9 rounds, 12 becomes 8 rounds, and so on.  If you should find a way to get down to 1 round then I'd probably say the progression should stop.

Another possibility is that instead of further reducing the rounds you add on the the distance.  So make it 2 miles, then 3, and so on.

Just applying normal math, that would reverse the direction of your velocity vector.  So, I guess you'd move in the opposite direction of normal.  That would look a lot like moon-walking.

If we interpret the rules for that as “spending x time lets you cover y distance,” then the ability becomes useless unless you find a way to spend negative time on something.

Really though, who's going to keep adding levels after gaining the ability to travel at a rate of 1 mile in 0 minutes?

Sweet ... level 11 = nigh infinite speed =  :)
The ability is (ex) so there's no (su) usually
standard action clause.

iirc - the reverse time effect T.O. used was a
level 9 spell (and obscure - Time Regression?).
At level 12, travel 1 mile in a loop, end up at
the same spot, and 1 minute ago in time
... is mega T.O. 2e Chronomancy.
