First - thanks for putting together a gestalt handbook. It's long overdue.
Just an FYI - usually there's the handbook thread which contains nothing but the handbook. Then there's a discussion thread (this one) that talks about the handbook and people can offer suggestions and improvements. This keeps the handbook from getting cluttered. You'll want to put a link to this discussion thread in the first post of the handbook. The code to do so is

Replace the opening "{" with "[" (no quotes)
Also, where you have

you want to lose the quotes. Just =Blue and =6
