Very useful guide.

For the races section, it'd be nice if the pictures were smaller. There are a lot of them, and they cost a lot of scrolling for no information gain.

Regarding the metabreath feats, it's possible to interpret the DFA's breath as having a cooldown of 0 rounds which can thus allow for the feats to be used.  Probably not RAI, and the RAW side of it is "Well, it can be used each round so the round restriction is 0..."  It's up to the DM in the end.

And yes, the pics are a bit large.  I think there's a built-in code to allow shrinking them without having to make a new file or whatever, but I don't know it off the top of my head.  I'll try and poke around for it, but there should be some documentation.

By the way, Troll-Blooded is in Dragon 319.

Thanks,
added the reference to dragon 319.

For the images, I just wanted to have a copy of the handbook, making it the most similar to the original, so I'd really never thought about the images dimensions.
About resizing them, it could be done if someone know how to do it, however, for the same reason, another solution could be to remove them all, since they really have no influence on the content.

The builds section at the bottom (like the Dual Barrel Dragon) needs completion and revision.

Hey you asked about Legacy Champ Prc for the DFA
on a different thread.  iirc There was/is a Green Lantern
build floating around the old (older/oldest) Psion guide.
The concept probably transfers just fine to DFA.
No idea off hand where it is.

Thanks for the suggestion,
Technically I did't mention the Legacy Champ prc, just a single legacy item, but nvm.
Looking around for Green Lantern build I found this:
http://www.giantitp.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-204633.html
wich refer to this:
http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-general/threads/1056671

the item mentioned is focused on metapsionic feats, wich do wonder on a psion, but there are no metamagic feats that will work for a DFA.
So, the only utility I see is to house rule a substitution with meta-SLA or metabreath.
