Underground Bunker (OoC)
« on: November 12, 2011, 03:21:56 PM »
The new Out of Game Chatter board. Chatter away chitlins and welcome back to the game.  :)

To answer your question Nate: I picked up Skyrim at the 12AM premier. I've probably put about 12 hours into it already. Waiting for it to become night time so I can play again. The glare on my TV during the day is just too intense and honestly I'm trying to pace myself so I don't burn out like I did with Fallout 3.

Remember: Characters who've gotten a good night's rest receives their character level +2 in HP back. A good nights rest in my book is a straight 7 hours sleep or a broken 9 hours of sleep. (Warning I may have low standards of sleep, I hardly ever get any in real life). Getting neither of these but only several hours gets you Fatigued* and only half HP recovered. Getting little to no sleep makes you Exhausted*.

Chuck's sheet has been updated.

How much sleep did he get before the commotion started?  Should I consider him fatigued?

Chuck is not fatigued at the moment, he has received at least four hours of sleep. (I'm assuming the party is taking shifts by four hour intervals between members so everyone receives 8 hours of sleep by tomorrow, assuming cause the party never actually planned anything aloud, people just starting sleeping and picking shifts  :p  )

However if he doesn't receive additional rest before setting out for another journey he will become fatigued quickly. 4 hours after a long day is just a nap in my opinion. So is Chuck is tired? Most likely. Is Chuck officially Fatigued? I''ll say no for the moment.

my sheets updated as well. and guess what, i cant (I'm assuming you mean can) use my AK-47 without penalty now!

also there wouldn't happen to be any silencers that would fit my pistols in the armory would there? or perhaps even one that could fit the AK? (I don't know. Maybe Hudson could look when he gets the chance).

That's fantastic.

True story: My son was named after a video game character.  My favorite 8-bit NES game was Bionic Commando.  The main character's name was Rad Spencer.  The name always stuck with me, and when my son was born we named him Spencer.

Nothing cool like getting free Bethesda games for life, but geek enough I guess.

Hahah! That's so great. I had no idea you had a son. Is he a gamer yet?

Well it's a little early to tell, his third birthday is in a couple weeks, but he loves puzzles, reading, and playing on my tablet.  I got a couple of apps for little ones.  He's often asking me to play "colors" (his favorite); which is a simple drawing app.

It was close to the end of her shift, after all the excitement and everyone's settled down it's about time for your shift. State any actions or checks you want to do while your on your shift.

alright well i finally decided to start looking up stuff for Hudson and i came up with the idea of getting some accessories for his AK-47. so after about an hour of looking at modifications that people have done with their own AK-47's, i decided that first chance i get im going to add a grip and a 3.5x scope (if not possible just a red dot) to his rifle. soooo i was wondering what that would add to his attack (if at all) while using it, because i didn't see anything about weapon modifications in the d20 resources.

Red dot and holographic scopes are teh shit. Just imagine, no matter how you're holding it you hit whatever the dot is on. For a zombie apocalypse, though, give me an old bolt action rifle with iron sights. I'm saving up, I just cant decide if it's for a Garand replica or if I should just get a Mosin and a good chiropractor. :lmao

I don't know what benefit they would give you in Modern, though. Maybe an equipment bonus to hit or to confirm crits?

Er... We, uh... only had the one, I think. Unless Reagan has been holding out on us.
