OOC: are there any crates or open cages we might use to capture these things? If they're running, it might be better to capture them rather than butcher them.

If not, I'll roll attacks. We can always switch to non-lethal damage toward the end to keep from killing them.

What does Yylris need to do to try and cage the beast? He wants to drop a cage right on top of the thing, standing back to limit exposure to bites from between the bars.

If he can toss the cage on from ten feet away, he'll try that (using Dex):

Attack = 1d20+5-4

Rolled 1d20+1 : 15 + 1, total 16

If not, reduce the above result by one, using Str instead.
