Are there any other classes that aren't proficient in all simple weapons?

Warblades are barred from simple ranged weapons except thrown.

Druids are proficient with the following weapons: club, dagger, dart, quarterstaff, scimitar, sickle, shortspear, sling, and spear. They are also proficient with all natural attacks (claw, bite, and so forth) of any form they assume with wild shape.
Hmm.

Thanks. Completely forgot Druid (They get most of the good ones and a good martial weapon). Misremembered Warblade as all simple and martial melee.

Soulbow PrC is weird.
I think it presumes the Soulknife proficiency transfers over to the ~Arrow.
I think the old wotc psi board just ignored this as yet another CPsi-ism.

Any number of PrCs add a limited # of weapons to the list.
