There are five of them (well, six).
1. Monk's unarmed strike advances per the weapon table, even if his actual size would improve (FAQ20), this table's Size Categories are based on the creature they are designed to be weilded by and note there is a minimal size based on when a weapon would deal less than 1 damage. This creates a Fine-- Longsword possibility. However, there is no upper cap on this table. I shall exploit this.
2. Ectoplasmic Fist implies stacking vs outright stating such. You are limited to one per limb and one Quori Shard for every manifested level you have obtained. ML being ambiguous to mean levels in a class or virtual ML (like a psion with an iuon stone).
3. Mantis Leap.
Benefit
Designate an opponent who is within the maximum distance you can reach with a successful Jump check. Make a normal Jump check; if your check is successful, you can make a normal charge attack against the opponent you designated as part of the same action. If your charge attack is successful, you inflict normal damage, plus your Strength modifier multiplied by 2.
Action
None. A Jump check is included in your movement, so it is part of a move action. If you run out of movement mid-jump, your next action (either on this turn or, if necessary, on your next turn) must be a move action to complete the jump.
So you've got no-action charging that can be done multiple times while flying as part of a Move-Action. Now the successful check part does create a limiter as we need to say the check is "successful", "hopping up" consumes 10ft of your Movement even through a counter top might only be 3~4 feet off the ground so that sets the standard.
4. Consumptive Field & Greater Consumptive Field increase your Manifester Level. Magic/Psionic Transparency rules at their finest.
5. FoB/Lightning Fists desire a "Full-Attack Action" which isn't a defined property in the Rules Compendium. Instead it's assumed they can be used any time you would perform a Full-Attack.

6. I recently recrunched this dropping several Erudite levels in favor of reinterpreting the ambiguity of "every manifester level" found in Quori Shards. I glossed over using WBL to obtain Haste, Expansion, Greater Consumptive Field, Consumptive Field, & Psionic Lion's Strike as originally the build could simply Manifest those Spells/Powers, I suppose you can call it a tiny math error and assume scrolls out of the remaining WBL until I fully address this later on. Also, Psionic Lion's Charge sucks balls, will need Lion Totem Barbarian which means another ML crunch but I have shit to do today and will work on this post later on.
These are the foundations it's built on and I invoke TO (I can read it how I want!) as a rebuttal towards any complaints for the purposes of this mental exercise.
