For the Monster of Legend template the HD it references is in regards to RHD or HD for its abilities?
While I know it was said you gain the additional special qualities in the old forum base on RHD and I don't know if like virtual class feature and spell casting special attacks are based on HD or RHD.

Is Oriental Adventures allowed? It is in a weird 3.0/3.5 limbo due to the 3.5 update is Dragon mag. material.

What are the effects of Corrupt damage like that the Iron Tower deals? Is it just untyped or is it like Vile damage?

Monster Of Legend: RHD to my knowledge

Oriental Adventures: Yeah, it's in that dead zone of inter-fix material. What did you want to use? We can work something out.

Corrupt Damage: Untyped. It gets called various things in different places (Champions of Ruin and BoVD call it Unholy damage, but Complete Divine just says that it is simply unaffected by resistance or immunities with no reference to the exact kind) but the bottom line is that it's meant to be irresistible, so "untyped" is what I'll use.

For the Oriental Adventures it was using Eunuch Warlock with Chameleon to get it to progress to Chameleon to 9th+ casting. And with the right SDA's would allow spontaneous casting of almost all possible divine and arcane spells. But using Improved Spell capacity might also work, but still needs to be qualified though another class due to the way Chameleon works. But since I've decide not to mess with this on my current build due to already get spontaneous Wizard and Cleric casting plus other strong abilities due to Illithid Savant. I'm saving that trick for a non-Illithid Savant build.

With the corrupt damage, good I was misremembering it. I was thinking it was like vile where is was hard to heal, but I could not longer find what gave me that idea.

Allowed sources updated in the first post. Also, I'm still contemplating Monster of Legend, but I'll say two things.

1) Virtual Class Feature rubs me in the worst way possible. I don't like it, and I'm strongly considering cutting this feature.
2) Spellcasting. It says you gain the spells per day of a member of the classes. That's fine. It does not however, grant you their spell-lists unless you already have them. So a a Cleric 1/X 20/X 20/Monster of Legend has way higher Cleric casting then normal, but it doesn't get it for free. Thinking about dropping this feature, but as is I think it should be fine.

For the spellcasting, I think it is just poorly worded, to saying up have the spell casting of class X=1/2 RHD, but caster level is equal to 3/4 RHD.

For SDA's Magic get's this one:
ELDRITCH KNOWLEDGE
The deity learns additional spells.
Prerequisites: Spellcaster level 1st, Cha 29, Extra

Spell....
and
SUPREME ELDRITCH KNOWLEDGE
The deity’s knowledge of arcane spells is complete.
Prerequisites: Divine rank 6, spellcaster level 1st,
Cha 29, Extra Spell, Eldritch Knowledge, Magic domain.

Would a psionic version of these be allowed, and a divine one for Supreme Eldritch Knowledge for Favored Souls? With Extra spell replaced by Expanded Knowledge? It wouldn't be the first time they didn't think about psionics (ie automatic metamagic)

Is Divine Spellcasting a shared pool of spell-slots or does it apply to each class with CL >20 individually? (Not relavent to this attempt, but rules clarification makes fewer mistakes in the futurue.)

"Alternative Source spell" Feat in Dragon 325?

Any Dragonlance books available, since they are officially licensed?

Unless its been denied before, everything else in the originally listed books are fine?

Hey guys, just a heads up. I'm very busy studying for my exams this week, so I'll be a bit scarce.

Alternative Spell Source: Sorry, no Dragon Magazine without hugely good reason.
Dragonlance: I don't have any of the books, so no.
Everything else: Generally, if you think it might be denied, ask. Otherwise, yes.

SDAs: could you copy the full text? I'm AFK at the moment.

Monster Manuals: Give me specifics. Some monsters are fine, others are very broken.
Fiend Folio: Specifics?
Races of ______: Allowed.
Dragon Magic: Allowed.
Stormwrack: Allowed. Drowning rules are idiotic though, so not that bit.
SpC: Of course. Check the OP. It should be there already.
Custom Items: Fine, but you have to run each one by me.
Heroes of Horror: Specifics?
Player's Guide to Faerun: Again, lot of material. Specifics?
Knight of the Weave: Which book is this from again? Champions of Valor right? I'll get back to you.

All of your requests are fine except for the following:
Fiend Folio
MM's
Savage Species
Races of Faerun
KotW

Please provide specifics, not "races, spells, feats..." What PrCs? What feats? What races?  This also goes for the things I cleared.

This is just my take about the stuff I could get my hands on.

Quote
Fiend Folio   chronotyryn, ulgurstasta, ironmaw, any of the symbionts, kaorti, fiend of possession prc, steel predator, all of the templates, and maug and Illithid and beholder and fiend grafts
-Chronotyryn is a very powerful monster with excellent abilities, but I think I would allow it.
-Ulgurstasta: Might have something I don't quite realise, but it seems totally legit.
-Ironmaw is just fine.
-Steel predator is cool as well.

To be fair, there could just be a combination I don't get, but I doubt it. Of these Chronotyryn is the most powerful, but still, I think, within the parametres.
Quote
KotW   waiting for your response
Infinite caster level loops. Not my deal.

Quote
Fiendish Codex 1 demons other than the lilitu
Thematically very appropriate, but I don't remember what demons the book has

I'll try to check more whenever I can get access. Also, typing is not my thing right now, managed to break my thumb on Friday. After the exams though, so I got lucky.

Before I go through this, I just want to say that I would prefer if in the future you could limit requests to creatures/feats/items etc. you will actually use. I highly doubt you will make use of everything presented, and that just makes more work for me.

Chronotryn: Fine
Ulgurstasa: Allowed
Ironmaw: Allowed.
Steel Predator: Allowed. Interesting choice, incidentally.
Kaorti: Explain how you would use Vile Transformation. I'm wary of that being abusable.
Grafts: Allowed. I'm very curious as to how you plan to use all this stuff. Be aware you still have to pay for grafts.
Templates: Allowed.
Symbionts: Allowed on the condition that you do not abuse their ability to act as separate creatures, which you could theoretically enhance using, say, grafts or templates, and splicing. Also keep your number of symbionts reasonable. You have a finite amount of body space, so you have a finite number of symbionts.
Fiend of Possession: Explain the intended usage.

Artic Dwarf: Allowed.
Orog: Allowed.
Fey'ri: Allowed.
Calishite Elementalist: Allowed
Elven High Mage: Allowed, though I'm curious about how you plan to use it.

Knight of the Weave: As I imagined I would, I am denying this.

Armanite: Allowed
Bar-Lgura: Allowed
Broodswarm: Allowed. But don't expect to be able to pair it with the Ulgurstasa for nigh infinite, no save, no SR dex destruction.
Bulezau: Allowed.
Chasme: Allowed.
Dybbuk: Allowed, but don't abuse Corpse Possession to basically choose your stats.
Ekolid: Denied.
Guecuba: Allowed.
Goristro: Allowed.
Mane: Allowed.
Molydeus: Allowed.
Nabassu: Denied.
Rutterkin: Allowed.
Sibriex: Denied. No free grafts.
Yochol: Allowed.

Beast Claws: Allowed.
Necklace of Natural Attacks: Allowed.
Yuan-Ti Cultist: Allowed.
Feats: Which ones? There are approximately 30. I am not going through them all.
Anthropomorphic: Allowed.
Templates: All allowed except for Incarnate Construct, Symbiotic, and Multi-headed
Assume Supernatural Ability: Denied. If you want to give me specifics, I might consider exceptions.

Kaorti: i wasn't looking into that option of the race, more just the fact that it is a far realm creature
Grafts: saw a few that might help
Symbionts: saw a few that interested me, might try to use them
Fiend of Possession: animate the level of the plane, since it is a colossal object and find Dispater that way
Elven High Mage: not sure yet
Sibriex: damn :-p
Feats: i guess it was just the Assume's

Fiend of Possession: animate the level of the plane, since it is a colossal object and find Dispater that way
While it is a simply a part of the plane of existence called Hell, I cannot see anyway it could be controlled by this ability. None of the examples given in the description come close to that and the plane is not only colossal, it is infinite.
