You know... Mindbender didn't require non-good in 3.0...

I know, because I got crap one time for making a Paladin 1/Sorcerer 4/Mindbender 1, and the other players couldn't see how to justify Paladinhood with Mindbendering.

I'll have to think on that...

yeah, it seems borked to me that the action specifically touted as being non-good in the descriptive text isn't even possible until forth level, but you have to be non-good just to get the initial 3 levels of training? yeah, didn't sync for me. fortunately for me, my DM agreed.
