No problem, if we can get you inbound by that point you'll probably have a few days since not everyone is done yet.

Have a good vacation, nothing like getting a change to recharge your batteries for a bit.

I don't know if you noticed, but I added a few things that cost XP to my character sheet, like permanent effects. I figured since I could have technically started as 14th level, that I could use the excess for that instead. I'm not exactly saying that I want to start with the XP of a 14th level character minus what I've spent. I'd just like to add another permanent effect or two before we get going. Then we can just say he has just enough for 13th, or whatever.

Specifically I was thinking of putting Permanent Arcane Sight on Gabriel. A spell with a metamagic effect should fall under the "any other effect whose power level is in line with the above effects" clause, right? So emulating an Invisible Arcane Sight should be possible with Limited Wish? I just don't want to have permanently glowing eyes...

But permanently glowing eyes would be the only reliable way for the rest of us to tell whether you were the one in the body or not.

...or if you were possessing a party member...

“Hast thou not felt in forest gloom, as gloaming falls on dark-some dells, when comes a whisper, hum and hiss; savage growling sounds a-near, dazzling flashes around thee flicker, whirring waxes and fills thine ears: has thou not felt then grisly horrors that grip thee and hold thee?”

Protection from Evil? It's actually pretty trivial.  :p

So I figure I have about 13500 XP to burn off, if I want. So I went ahead and put down See Invisible, too, since it has a range of mundane sight (not 120 feet like Arcane Sight). I think I'll put Darkvision on there as well...
