Is there any pack animals for sale ?... or maybe I could let the dog spell run out and the morning of summon some kind of pack animal, is that possible, wouldnt be practical though for combat ... maybe not, but would it be possible. Yeah maybe I should buy one. I've got a list so what I get depends on this ...

A donkey is 12 gp (normally 8, but demand is a bit up). That is the typical beast of burden for poor adventurers. With the price increases, feed is 1 sp per day. Don't forget water skins (1 gp each) and saddle bags (4 gp). Then, you can carry quite a bit. It can go up to full speed (30 feet) if you keep its load down to 50 pounds.

reached in around two days. With bread being rare, and you not eating meat, you can probably get nuts, vegetables, and dried fruits for around 7.5 sp a day, but each weights one pound. For your dog, feed will consist of dried meat and bread scraps, which would have water added. Figure 2.5 sp a day for that.
each days worth of food weights one pound or each food item weights one pound or each food item for each day weights one pound

Yeah, thats the animal I was looking at, extra water for both horse and dog too I'd imagine

Wow. That is heavy. I googled that shit, and apparently, a horse eats 2 - 2.5 pounds of dry feed per day per 100 pounds of horse. I guess figure the donkey is good for 5 pounds a day. Yay Logistics & Dragons!

Figure Sorsha has stuff for her pony and her figured. You only need to handle the donkey, you, and the dog (if you keep it around during travel).

The two of you walk/ride until the afternoon. The road is fairly quiet. You see all of three people pass you by while you're travelling. You get to a sturdy wooden bridge heading over the river. Once you cross it, you're now in the region known as "the fork". You follow the road until early evening. You don't see anyone on the trail after this point.

When you get near the end of the day, you take a smaller path off the main road to head toward the temple. Sorsha says you'll probably get there by mid day, tomorrow. After dinner, she says you two should probably make camp.

Do you have any preferences for the arrangements (on the trail/off the trail, who takes what watches, etc).

You two divide up watches. She takes the first and you take the second. Since you both have darkvision, she advises against a fire. The night goes uneventfully.

You head down the smaller path. It easily accommodates one rider at a time, but you aren't riding side-by-side. Around mid-afternoon, an elven man dressed in browns and greens steps out of the brush, onto the path in front of you. He's about five-and-a-half feet tall. He doesn't appear to be armored, but he has a short bow, shortsword, an a few daggers. His black hair is pulled back into a short pony tail.

He addresses you two, seemingly noticing Sosha's tabard: "Good day! Are you two hear on official business from Bjorin?"

I'll let her start this conversation and interject when needed.
She may know what this dude is about.

"We're not soldiers, if that's what you're asking, but we are from Bjorin. I come from the temple in Skogen."

"What are you doing all the way out here?"

"There's an old outpost for Heironeous down the path, which may be abandoned."

"Oh? What are you looking for, there?"

Sorsha looks to you.

She knows where we are headed. Unless you believe it is your duty to escort us or for some reason needed to head that way yourself

He takes you to the temple. It looks like a functional fort, more than anything. The windows are small and high up. There is a battlement on the roof.

He says "Wait here" and goes inside.

After two minutes, he comes out with a human wearing full plate and a white tabard. He has a shield and long sword at his side. He says "Greetings! What brings you out here?"

Does it look like he is a cleric, or other s that look like it, or on the building?
And the structure, is it the original fort, a redoubt or new stone added?
While waiting, what else do i see in the area?

It's hard to tell if he "looks like a cleric". He's wearing the right colors and is pretty well armed.

You don't see anyone else. The building isn't all that big. It might be able to house one or two dozen men. You don't see many lights on inside.

The stone is all the same age. The trees are cleared around the area, but this place seems to be right out in the middle of no where. You don't know of any strategic positions off the top of your head.

Holy symbols or some other banners of identification. Do armies use them in this war? Also not using identification could be adeception  of some kind aswell.

Greetings, We had planned this journey for some time coming from our temple in Skogen, I am surpised to see anyone here seeing that it's suppose to be abandoned

His tabard is plain white. White, white and blue, or white with a blue symbol are all pretty common. His shield is white and blue, but bears no symbols.
