Sorry Liara, the auras are still active.  I forgot that I was putting them in my posts.

So after looking over my armor again, I realized that it doesn't quite let me do what I'd wanted... I'd like to be able to actually change from his light to heavy armor in a single round, and I can almost do it... I'm down to two standard actions.

Since historically they wore padded/leather/something-like-light-armor under heavy armor, would it be OK if he had custom made his armors so that the heavy could be worn over the light? That way, he could wear the light armor when sneaking around, but summon the heavy when ever he thought he needed it (like... now :p).

Looking it over I have no problem with combining those two standard actions into a single one, and since it already requires a command word... how about "Sailor Dwarf, Armor Up" or something :p complete with glittering lights :p Crafting combinable armor is also something I'm willing to allow, you are a crafter afterall, and special things like that are one of the perks of that, we'd just need to come up with some good mutually agreeable rules for it.

Awesome. I think I'd just prefer to make his plate armor specially crafted to fit on top of his studded leather armor. Mechanically, the plate armor basically wouldn't fit properly without the studded leather beneath it, and he'd have to lug around the combined weight of both whenever he wears it.

If you think it should have a higher armor check penalty than normal plate, that would make sense also. He of course wouldn't add the armor bonuses together or anything stupid. He'd only get the highest one (plate).

I'll just leave the cost as-is, since the Quick Escape for the light armor would no longer be needed, and it seems like a reasonable cost modifier for the ability to "combine" armors as well, I think.

Sound OK?

Sounds fine to me, I am more woried about magical modifiers of both armors, say one is fortified the other has some other abilities... but as long as only the outermost layer counts I am fine with it. Weight of both sounds sensible and I'll waive a higher ACP since it is expertly crafted and adjusted for your form and fighting style.

Awesome. I hadn't even thought of trying to get the benefits of both to stack (right now the light one is nonmagical), so disabling the lower one sounds perfectly fine. :P

Just one word? I guess the dwarven language really is more efficient if "Dwarf Power, Make Up!" is just a single word. It's probably like german :p

RL work has slowed down for the foreseeable future and I had some time to cool down my head, I'm ready to return to this. At least it looks like my character wasn't killsed in the background or something. I've picked up with the IC thread, seems like you got in a fight with orcs, just need to know if Catty will make my character pop out of nowhere or wait until the battle is over.

Also I spotted a small incosistency with Anomander's character, which I feel mandated to point out due to he using several homebrews of mine: Mister Loot Bank is a Numan going into the Animated Object class and skipping the Animated Object base race in order to gain a bunch of free ability boosts. However the construct type is only granted by the Animated Object base race and not the Animated Object class. So Mister Loot Bank should be of the humanoid type.

There's also the matter that Drunken Demon demands to be drunk to be used and learned and I didn't see Mister Loot Bank ever drinking anything in the IC or having any booze on its equipment. (and for reference, the Tobhou subforum does have spiritual drinks rules)

Glad to see you are back. Enar was taking care of her cat which failed the fort save vs the noxious smoke but it has recovered now and they are ready to charge into battle.

You're correct! I forgot he didn't get the construct type yet. Fixed.

He doesn't have any of its maneuvers readied and hasn't initiated any so far either. He initiated the stance at some point and didn't leave it since.

Oh wow. I've got to start paying attention to Nanshork's aura thingees. I totally had not been adding +1d4 to my damage. :P

I don't see my character anywhere in the recent maps. :(

If I can get within 90 feet of the scarred orc and the other in front, spend one use of Flirtation for a Fascinate attempt.

As I mentioned earlier I need an icon, getting it off imgshack is too much of a pain. I could just grab a random one.

Enar's icon:

Also my objective for flirtation would be to keep the orcs distracted until all of the party has crossed the bridge. So, hmm, don't provoke the orcs until everybody is in position? :blush

That image is corrupt and not loading in the map. it's the same with anything I download from photobucket, shows up fine in the browser won't work as a download. I'll just assign you an image for now.

Quick question do people prefer me rolling in thread like I tried to do for the ogre, or are people fine with me mostly rolling real dice (which is definetly faster and more convenient for me.)

Gazien I'm pretty sure doing those follow-up attacks is an full round action, not an AoO. I'll just use the first attack. If I'm wrong just correct me in OOC :p
