I hadn't created one yet, but I could see a harsh nature deity upset with the humanoids wrecking the balance of her world and wanting to set it straight. Needs a name. I could work one up for you if you'd like. Probably start with Babylonian Ki and get her riled up.
Smile beautiful. It's not as bad as you think.

It'd fit me perfectly, honestly.

And unless anyone says otherwise, I'll stat out a Dustform Unicorn.

Current spell list:

1st (4): Decomposition, Ice Slick (2), Wall of Smoke
2nd (3): Obscuring Snow (2), Black Sand
3rd (2): Arctic Haze, Haboob, or Stinking Cloud

Can spontaneously cast Summon Desert Ally as Druid casts SNA.

Probably just going to use Stinking Cloud for my 3rd level slots - it doesn't affect Dustforms at all. 2nd level... it's a crappy spell list, and I'm probably better off using more Ice Slicks or similar.

Phae is on vacation until July 8th - he let us know he'd have no Internet. So we should see him back soon.
I'm back! (A bit later than expected due to a canceled flight... but it was an awesome vacation! :D )

So... I'm in group 2, and we haven't started in character yet?

Correct - technically I haven't quite finished building my PC, since I've got some spare change to spend. Otherwise I'm good to go though.

Mine's not done either, but it shouldn't take too long... however I am of course absolutely swamped with stuff to do since I just got back from vacation... :P

Why do I hear some of that pointed my way? :P

BTW, since you're a shield guardian, how many of the cloud type spells affect you? I assume you're mostly immune, aside from the concealment.

Although I wrote the class... I don't remember at all... :P They basically function as warforged (living constructs), aside from the specific abilities laid out in the class.

Looking at your class, I can use everything except for Ice Slick as a BCC spell on you. So prepare to wander around in a fog for a while, with a weird pile of sand as a companion.

Against him or use without effecting him?

Maybe we should spring for a pair of Spellguard rings? If I was sent to protect you, it could make sense...

Without affecting him. I'm not planning on killing the big ugly wall between me and a bad guy.

Not sure. Almost none of the spells I've currently got loaded are actively harmful to you (only Ice Slick and Black Sand, and I might be replacing Black Sand with Creeping Cold), so there wouldn't be much chance to use it. Plus, Venn's PC is a fair bit squishier than I am, once you toss into the mix the Dustform pet I've got following me around. Probably have to split your time between the two of us, although I am carrying a lot of healing.

BTW, how are we doing hit points? Rolling? Average after first? I think my character is done except for that.

Unless he's changed things, went max first and average after.

Also, filled out the gear list for my PC. Not the best, but, meh, it'll do.

I think Strat and I were holding everyone up, and we're both done now.

Phaedrus, I think you missed the spell-storing bolts from the old character. They should be +1 and cost ~166 gp apiece (300 mwk + 8000 +2 equivalent = 8300 gp per 50), plus whatever it might cost to get the spell loaded into them, I think.

Oh yeah... I just carried them over with the original (cheaper) price... Will fix that.

Pretty much, yeah. Joys of us both taking vacation right as the campaign was supposed to start. Ready to go, anyway.  :shakefist
