Just lost our dog Chloe tonight. She ran off after a deer and got hit by a car. Didn't make it to the emergency animal hospital.   :(

I think you should bag about 6 deer this season as revenge. That really blows. Hope the kids take it alright losing pets when you're young sucks.

Haven't told Kaleigh yet. Wife is pretty broken up about it as she had Chloe for a long time. As I explained to her though, that when I am in my 80s I would rather go out doing something I enjoyed rather then waste away.

When the opportunity arises can the sheets for Everyn and Suff'a be linked into the the character sheet thread here?

Sorry to hear about Chloe - Very tough, especially on the kids.  Hope the family can adjust well and soon.

Yeah, we explained to Kaleigh that Chloe was gone and she took it well for a 3 year old though I am not sure she grasps the finality of it yet.

Sorry I didn't get to put any updates in earlier. Work kicked my ass today. Lots of running around.

Also my thought behind the perception check is that I am not going to assume that people are entering the second floor as enemies so I wouldn't expect Suffa to be in danger. He went up there looking to clear the area as a fire precaution; last he knew we were in mop-up duty down on the first floor. I was thinking it was possible for me to perceive that stuff was really hitting the fan up there, in which case I would probably have taken the opportunity hits against me to push past the enemies and get up there to help him. As it stands I am working off the knowledge that stuff just got real down here and he's probably just knocking on doors up there to clear out all the heavy sleepers.

In regards to Suq's comments, I assume that I can hear the commotion downstairs pretty clearly, correct?

Also, I did not go upstairs to knock on doors - There was someone throwing torches from upstairs last turn - I went to clean up what I thought was the last enemy - Guess I jumped the gun there...  =)

I just re read Bhrim's action for the millionth time and went back and forth to the map and realized I was seeing it completely wrong in my head and thusly attacked a no longer existent enemy. Cheers.

It's going to happen, especially when we have a huge lapse in the game. No worries, is the one I picked as the new target sufficient or did you want to attack someone else?
