The custom creature classes: Do the +1 to stats mean to the ability score or the ability modifier?

Oslecamo's classes? The score. Those abilities function similarly to those of Dragon Disciple.

If it was the modifier, the Tarrasque would end up with +20 to its strength and constitution modifiers. I don't think it's meant to be impossible to save against its abilities (the save DC for everything would be a minimum of 40 at level 20, then).

I asked about the stat boosts since it's rare to see odd stat boosters.  The Dragon Disciple gives stats in increments of 2.

Rare in regular D&D stuff perhaps.  In Osle's stuff, just about everything gets a +1 here and there.  It's intentionally that way so the increases aren't so dramatic.

Drugs are alchemical items but function as poisons, can I use them with Experimental Alchemy maneuvers (the contact and inhaled ones only)?

Let's say yes provisionally, I just don't know how abusable that'll be.

Have only found a couple that might be useful.

Mordayn Vapor:  200gp
Inhaled;
Fort Save;
Duration 1d20+10min;
Primary Effect - 50% chance to loose action, like bestow curse;
Secondary Effect - 1d4 Con dam, 1d4 Wis Dam;
Side Effect - After end of duration, Will Save or under suggestion to do whatever necessary to gain access to drug
Overdose - if taken twice within an hour, second dose does 1d10 Con dam, 1d10 wis dam

Oruighen: 20gp
Inhaled;
Fort Save;
Blinded for 2d4 min, -2 attacks skills, saving throws

These are the only two I found that I can use offensively.  The rest provide some small buff, like Kammarath that gived +2 Dex and Expeditious retreat for 1d4+1m (80gp)

I saw this article and, well, you know the character I thought of.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut_crab

The actual caption for this picture is... A coconut crab attacking a coconut
 :lmao

They're like the Don Quixote of the arthropod world!  :clap

Note, that is a colossal coconut which would weigh 200 tons... and is still under my max load.  Take that inferior arthropod!

Nitpick: Achaierai are from Acheron anyway, not Hell. :P Or whatever the equivalent is in this setting.

let just see what happen with standard Emus...

"-Lady-Captain, we detect 20 hostile vessels against us,  and Erasmus Haarlock's Spear of Destiny ! What are your orders ?
-RAMMING SPEED !

final result : 6 slaughts vessels, 4 imperial frigates, 2 imperial cruisers destroyed. Haarlock sent into the warp. 0 losses. Flawless Victory.

When I initiate this maneuver:

(click to show/hide)

If one of my teammates is in the appropriate position, can I cause an enemy to be flanked for the purposes of sneak attack? Usually you can't gain sneak attack on a ranged attack through flanking because you have to threaten to benefit from flanking and ranged weapons don't threaten. However, you have to threaten in order to take an AoO as well so it seems like this attack would qualify to benefit from flanking even though it doesn't specifically mention threatening.

Thought I'd mention this before it potentially came up in game.
