Cursed Items Handbook

I thought it might be of benefit to note specifically that the A&EG cursed items are triggered perma-flip items... once you perform the action in question, the drawback becomes the permanent effect and the bonus is forever after lost, iirc.

Okay thanks for starting this. I was gonna but went out to dinner.

Anyways if you cast required spells, assumably the penalty is reset too.

interesting... i guess it depends on what "at that moment, and thereafter..." is interpreted to mean. however, if one has a reliable way to cast remove curse, that would be an amusing effect. though i imagine such a tactic would simply inspire the dm to be equally creative....

as a side note, it is amusing that i somehow managed to ninja you on the discussion thread. ^^ i have the weirdest timing.
