Corran comes over to the ramp. "Wow, I remember seeing one of these in a museum back on Corellia." the human says, lost in memory of his home for a moment. "Dynamic class. These are thousands of years old. Looking at her, she was blown apart and put back together a couple times too."

"Do you suppose she will fly?" he asks hopefully.

Silten shrugs, a habit he's picked up from humans.  "Ssomething thiss old...you never know.  If not, there'ss ssalvage here."

He then pulls a flashlight out of his toolkit and slithers up the ramp, trying to get a look inside before actually going on there.

Corran and Orsk follow Silten up the ramp. Just inside are a pressure door on either side and a double wide pressure door ahead of you.

Silten looks around for signs or other identifiers as to what door goes to where.

Deciding that the cockpit seems the best place to start an investigation, Silten opens the door on his right.

Silten grabs a powered prybar from his toolkit and works the door open. Light shines into what was likely a main crew area. A spot in the center has an empty mount for a holoprojector. Nerf Leather seating is old and cracking. The floor grates are rusting through and could cause someone to step through one. Ahead is a small corridor leading off to the rest of the ship. There are also three doors, one on the back wall, the other two are next to each other on the opposite side.

Getting slightly distracted, Silten decides to continue down the hall before opening any more doors.

Moving down the hallway, silten passes an ajoining hall that appears to round back into the rear sections of the ship. Proceeding a bit farther to the halls end there is another door.

Silten then goes back to go down the other hallway, wanting to see if there are any signs of habitation or open doors before he starts really investigating this ship.

The corridor indeed wraps back around to the rear of the ship. Silten passes another door and comes to a intersecting hall which one way likley leads back to where he left his friends in the dark and the other to the rear of the ship. Another door stands closed in front of him.

"Appears that way. Let's see if we can get her powered up. At least maybe get some lights on  in here." Corran suggests.

Silten nods and tries to open the door leading to where it looks like the cockpit is.

Silten immediately moves to the terminals to see what power is left in this ship.

Silten takes a look under several of the cockpits terminals and eventually finds a disconnected series of power cables. Quickly re-wiring them, the base power to the ship's cockpit flares to life.

Corran excitedly hops into one of the pilot seats to check the status of the rest of the ship's systems.

"Your not going to believe this buddy, but I think this thing may actually be capable of flying still. Shall we fire her up and see if we can make it to the Banshee?"

Silten looks concerned, but at the same time excited.  He tries to balance his concerns about the structural integrity of the ship, not to mention the general condition any of its primary systems are in given how long it's been here, versus the excitement of actually working with this ancient technology.

Excitement wins.

"Yessss," he hisses excitedly.  Then his common sense kicks back in.  "Perform diagnossticss firsst."

"Wow, computer is so old, it's hard to figure out what these results mean. I think I have it though. She has plenty of fuel for jumps. Filtration and fluids levels look good. Power to engines looks good. Astrogation data old. I would not try any jumps until we can get the data off the Banshee. Life support, thermal controls, internal pressurization, grav all check out. Would you like the to do the honors of firing her up?"
