I might not go with the Thrallherd... That lost ML hurts on top of the one I'll lose anyway from the paragon levels, and I can likely get what I want just by judicious use of Charm and similar powers along with Diplomacy, I think.
Aw...
"You think I'm talking about breaking the rules?"
"No I'm just trying to figure out how far you want them bent."

So... I'm thinking my character will be strongly anti-religious, and against all contact with other planes, including worship, summoning of extraplanar beings (magically created ones are OK), etc. His goal will be to convert the rest of this nascent society to his way of thinking (through whatever means are necessary...). Anyone have a problem with that?

He won't be against divine powers entirely, as long as they come from belief in an ideal (including the worship of nature), so I think as long as no one was planning on playing a cleric devoted to a deity, we should be OK.

Note that choosing Human limits your seat as a reserve to "waiting for Pencil to drop or change his concept," since I'm looking for different races represented with each player.

After posting this in the wrong thread, let's try this again.

I was pming innabinder, but just to let everyone know, I'm thinking daelkyr half blood warblade focusing on tiger claw maneuvers using crawling gauntlets.

Edit: how do tiger claw maneuvers interact with claws?

Not sure what you're asking.

Just clarifying: you're not drawing material from Magic of Eberron, right?

Everything mentioned so far is either ECS or RoE.

And they interact like any normal weapon, nothing special there.

I ask because the daelkyr half blood is detailed most clearly in MoE, along with the symbiont rules.

Here is my character, which is still very much a WIP. Right now, I'm leaning towards focusing heavily on social situations and scouting, with Charm and Entangling Ectoplasm being his main in-combat actions. I'll probably take Expanded Knowledge (Astral Construct) at some point, but can't quite get it right now.

I keep going back and forth between changing one of his disciplines (he gets two due to the kalashtar paragon levels) to shaper so I can go ahead and get Astral Construct starting out, but can't decide if it is worth it. With Overchannel + Talented, I could crank out 3rd level constructs, but with the heavy melee focus of the group, I wonder if the extra muscle is really needed. If I went this route, I'd lose either Charm or Clairvoyant Sense, either of which I'd really miss.

Ah, 2 traits and 1 flaw. That's backwards from what I typically see. :P OK, will correct it.

:banghead Fail, yeah, sorry. I was going off memory and got it's source confused. I'll try and come up with something else after work.
