My cousin, a 2nd Duan Sanda fighter who's training me in his ways complimented my Sanda Sidekick, said it's almost as good as his is. Made me so happy i spent the entire afternoon practicing my other kicks and punches.
Seems like i might actually become a pretty good Sanda fighter myself. Training everyday.
I'm hoping to become good enough to give it a shot at a competition next year, so, here's hoping i actually achieve that! I might have to work on handling getting punched and kicked though.
EDIT: I might have to add i'm almost belly-fat free, which is something that has been nagging me for a pretty good while. If current trends continue i might get defined abs by the end of the year!
