[3E/3.5 only] Any Lesser Planar Bindingable/SM<=5 outsiders with True Seeing?

Is there any option in the system for something with True Seeing that can be conjured with Lesser Planar Binding or a Summon Monster/Nature's Ally spell of 5th level or less? I know Avoral can be called with Planar Binding, but its HD is too high for the lesser version.

FWIW, I also found
Beguiler (not the class), Shining South p60, 1HD, magical beast
Deep Dragon, Drow of the Underdark p114, the wyrmling only has 6 HD, dragon

The last 2 aren't outsiders or elementals, but this board has a way of making things work that shouldn't.
