More than one nightstick yes as it is a seperate magic item

Yep beats a know check for every creature concievable. once. And if you get to the 57 cap you will recieve surprise on my part

Also not a problem.  Shadowcraft Mage (races of stone 120) lets me reproduce Evocation & Conjuration (Creation or Summoning) spells from the Sor/Wiz list using Heightened Silent Images.  ShDelDisk is a Sor/Wiz Evocation spell, so if it's allowed then I can Shadowcraft it.
