So I am trying to see if there are any arguments against the Mind over body regional feat and the Chameleon bonus feat interacting in such a way as to give you cumulative HP increases.
Mind Over Body( Player's Guide to Faerûn, p. 41)
[Regional]
The aesthetics and mystics of your homeland have learned to overcome the frailties of the body with the unyielding power of the mind.
Prerequisite
Elf (Silverymoon or Snow Eagle Aerie), half-elf (Silverymoon), human (Calimshan, Mulhorand, Shou Expatriate, or Thay), or spirit folk (Ashane), planetouched (Calimshan or Thay),
Benefit
At 1st level, you may use your Intelligence or Charisma modifier (your choice) to determine your bonus hit points. For all subsequent levels, you use your Constitution modifier, as normal. In addition, you gain +1 hit point every time you learn a metamagic feat. Furthermore, if you can cast arcane spells, you get a +1 insight bonus to Armor Class.
Special
You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character. You may have only one regional feat.
Bonus Feat (Ex): At 2nd level, you gain a bonus feat. You must meet the prerequisites for this feat. At the start of each day, you can choose to change your bonus feat to any other feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
So the idea is to use the Chameleon's bonus feat to cycle through metamagic feats to gain cumulative HP.
I believe this is how it works by RAW because it only comes into effect when you "Learn" a metamagic feat and does not take into consideration losing the feat.
Any thoughts?
