Maybe the clown :D
We already have one of those, if Tshern's still hanging around here.

He's a different kind of clown though.   :p

I found the link to the auto roller as well (in the main article): http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20030713b

Once you linked me the name of it I found the auto roller as well, but I appreciate the effort you put into helping me.   :)

I remember there being a magic die on the wizards website.  There was a printout sheet for making the polyhedral yourself, and there was also a die roller.  Each side had a random symbol on it.  It wasn't the Olidammarra die.  Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?
Sounds like the magic dice of Emirikol the Chaotic...can't find a link at the moment. There is (or at least was) an auto roller for the dice and it's random effect on the WotC website.

I think the dice was also a limited relase actual dice, available at cons or to RPGA members.

Here we go, Fist of Emirikol: http://www.lski.org/pictures/TableTopGaming/D&D/4th/40%20-%20RPGA/Living%20Forgotten%20Realms/Player%20Reward%20-%20Fist%20Of%20Emirikol.pdf

That's exactly it!  Thank you so much!!   :bow

Tangent: Are there any other non-artifact magical dice?  How about other non-artifact random effect magical items that are in no way related to a rod of wonder?

if you choose your words more betterer then you do not need to rely on odd punctuation and odd arcane rules.

You do if you want people to pay attention to what you say.  Your poor word choice and improper grammar grate on me immensely.

Ravage pauses for a moment as his mechanical mind retrieves the requested information.  "The fight, or exhibition if you prefer, was nothing particularly out of the ordinary.  It was a themed match, I fought against an organic with the same abilities as myself.  After a time I defeated him, but it was not a blood match so he still lives.  Is there any other information you require?"

Unfortunately not.  What I'm looking for was a single die and when you rolled it different sides had different effects.  Thank you for trying though.   :)

the english language is a living, dynamic thing.

what was right 20 / 50 / 100 /200 ... / years ago is no long always or ever right today.

run your sentences on, spell words as you like, and screw grammar all together.

As someone who graduated with a minor in English I have a lot of problems with this.

Question answered!

New question: What magical dice are there that exist (not including Olidammarra's Dice)?  If possible give me a book reference or an article with the abilities or some such.

You still need to fix your links.   :P

I know. Bit busy this weekend, however...

I'll post again when I've done that and a couple other updates we discussed.

Understandable.  Whenever you've gotten time let me know what you've changed and I'll take another look at things and see if I can get inspired.

I was playing this game last night (it's like Apples to Apples with storytelling, I enjoyed it) and everybody had to figure out "How to get dates".  That was our mission.  My unstable element was gasoline.  That means that I had to come up with a cunning plan to show how I could use gasoline to get dates, and come up with a better plan than everyone else.

I won.
You got a car like anyone else?  :p

It was something like "Women are easiest to woo when they are feeling vulnerable, and nothing makes a woman feel vulnerable like loosing her house in a mysterious gasoline fire!  Does she have a boyfriend?  Nothing solves that like a freak gasoline fight accident!  Is she too good looking causing you to have too much competition?  A little gasoline will fix that right up for you!"

I am a bad bad man.

I have a Soulbow build in my thread here that you could look at.  I took fighter levels instead of monk (sacrilege I know!) but it might give you some ideas.

Yes, Kensai for Splitting is a very very good idea.

Ignore the monk thing, skimming missed the fact that your clarification is just fine.
