Pyro-kineticist PrC 1 (upgrade with the Sono- variant in mind's eye)
How do you figure?

Fire Lash (Ps)
A pyrokineticist gains the ability to fashion a 15-foot-long whip of fire from unstable ectoplasm as a move-equivalent action. She takes no damage from a fire lash she creates, and if she releases her hold, it immediately dissipates. The lash deals 1d8 points of fire damage to a target within 15 feet on a successful ranged touch attack. A pyro can take Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization (if she otherwise meets the prerequisites) in conjunction with the fire lash, as well as any feats that apply to the use of a standard whip. The whip remains in existence as long as the pyrokineticist holds it.

Weapon feats work on it.
RTA borders on auto-hit.
Polymorph into Marillith, and make more than 1 lash (cheesy but true).
(sp) and (ps) feats can do some small weird things with weapons, like Enlarge.

I don't think anyone has bothered to build this (points fingers and claws at selfs).
Carnivore's Pixie Pyro is more Pixie! than Pyro.

Right, but I'm trying to figure out how making RTAs invokes the feel of Area of Effect attacks.  Handy, yes, but I don't think it's quite what the OP was looking for unless I'm missing something.
I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.

Well if you throw on Whirlwind Attack or similar with it then you can get a huge area of effect along with thinks to extend its reach.
Im really bad at what I do.
A+

Oh good call. I was focused on the "whip" part and didn't even consider Whirlwind Attack.
