Features:
Zero Titanium Rifle: 100 feet range increment, +20 attack 3d6+13 damage crit x3, does not automatically miss on a natural 1. Damage dealt by this weapon counts as ongoing for concentration purposes, and increase the DC of any concentration checks inflicted by this weapons by 10, and ignores any miss chances (including mirror image and similar) on the target when it threatens a critical hit In addition it can score critical hits on plants. Deals an extra 3d6 against Chaotic creatures and counts as Lawful for bypassing DR. If fired at a creature and it strikes them, they and their allies must make a Will save with DC 19 or become Shaken for 1 round. Frightened for 1 round if they fail between 15 and 20, panicked for 1 round if they fail by 21 or more.
Zero Titanium Plating: Hardness 8. Half your Armor and Shield bonus count towards your touch AC. Grants SR 27, can be raised or dropped at any time as a free action even if it isn't your turn. Magic weapons strike you as if they were nonmagic. In addition non-instantaneous area effects never limit your movement ability if you don't want to, so for example you can perfectly move trough an entangle/web/black tentacles/wall of force/ solid fog, but you would still need to save against the entanglement or resist grapple checks as apropriate.
Zero Titanium Shackles: +12 melee touch attack as a standard action. Winning a Str+Bab check against the target, including size penalties/bonus as in a regular combat maneuver. The one being shackled takes a -2 penalty on this check for each 5% HP of their max HP they're missing. If sucessful, the target is treated as pinned. The escape artist is 32 and Break DC is 25. Shackled target cannot use spells/powers/SLAs/similar.
