Silten has some difficulties mounting the kybuk, this one dubbed Arryn, due to the serpentine nature of how the he needs to coil about her. Eventually she accepts Silten's way of riding and sprints off after the rest of the group just behind Kel who is having similar issues with the stubborn kybuk, Vergun. Terrain whips past as the Arryn leaps and dodges trees with ease, but guiding her along the path to close in on scouts is still difficult yet.

Silten's datapad seems to be impaired by the thick clouds of fungal spores in the air, causing it to act erradically. Also even though the ride is smooth on Arryn's back, her leaping keeps causing silten to hit the wrong thing on the datapad. He makes some progress in trying to jam the communications of the speeder bikes but is not quite successful yet.

Each of you leave the village far behind and enter into the thick fungal swamp. Small shallow bodies of water and morass dot the landscape and everywhere low-hanging vegetation reduces your visibility. Large flying fauna swoop down and return to the skies with other beasts in their claws. Your mounts send up huge splashes as they tear through the water, soaking you in the process. The jungle becomes thicker around you and you are lashed by some of the multicolored mushrooms that whip past.

You still hear the whine of the repulsor engines on the bikes and can see traces of their passing to keep on their tails. It appears the two have gotten separated with one closer than the other. Slowing greatly due to thicker overgrowth.

Rald keys his comlink with one hand, calling back location information to the others lagging behind to help them catch up, while he digs around in his medbag with his other hand, somehow keeping on his mount through legs alone.

Apparently finding the hyposyringe he was looking for, he offers a quick apology to his Kybuk, and injects the stimulant in it's neck.

Silten keeps himself wrapped around his kybuk, unsure of how to even properly sit upon this creature.  Deciding that he is more concerned with being effective with his datapad than he is with catching up with the speeder bikes he refocuses his attention accordingly.

Riding his kybuk at a breakneck pace, Corran can't help but to chuckle a bit as he's enjoying the speed.
I know this isn't the time for it, but droyk it, this is fun.

Arryn appears to be taking Silten in circles unguided as he fiddles with the datapad trying to crack into the Scout's communications to interrupt them but the less than ideal conditions are making it a difficult challenge to stay close enough and operate the datapad successfully.

Corran guides Windel swiftly making great progress on the scouts through his mounts speed and finding the quickest paths through the thick overgrowth. Corran can hear one of the scouts repulsor engines laboring just ahead.

Kel tries to concentrate his efforts on catching up, but Vergun continues to challenge him as a rider and the two fall further behind in the swampy areas.

Tuokool tries to discern a path that might inersect with the speed bikes, but the fast pace of the chase and the dense foliage prevent's him from doing that.

The lead Scout leaves the last of the swamp behind but has to slow down greatly due to tight paths and dense foliage. While the second scout finally finds his way out of the swamp and back on course.

Those exiting the swamp see two possible routes through going deeper into the jungle. One is thickly hung with dense clusters of mushroom stalks and has deep fissures and crevices in the ground while another area seems riddled with low underground tunnels through rotted fallen giant mushroom stalks. You have only seconds to decide which path to take as you Kybuks hurtle at a great velocity across the ground.

Kel manages to make some headway in the swamp and gain some ground on the scouts but Vergun is still willful and takes it's own path often during the chase.

Tuokool guides Razus smoothly along out of the Swamp and reaching out with the force can tell that the lead Scout has taken to crossing the terrain with the sinkholes and trenches and is slowed by the dense forest. Reaching out with his feelings he can see the second scout will split off from his comrade and take to the tunnels. Taking to those tunnels Razus and Tuokool both need to duck their heads to pass the roots and moss that hangs down from the tunnel's ceiling.

The tunnels split and honeycomb so it is difficult to stay on the Scouts direct path but you navigate the miles of tunnels well and blasting out of a tunnel into more fungal forest closing in on the scouts.

Ralds plan works to a certain extent. The closest Scout veers away but is close enough for Rald to get a shot off before the trooper disappears into the tunnels. Rald tries to keep pace with the scout but finds the hazardous terrain and trenches difficult to navigate Kulper through.

Allowing the Arryn to choose its course does not seem to be working as well as Silten hoped, with the kybuk going deeper into the swamp and going of course from the Scouts. Slicing Imperial communications to block any transmissions from the Scouts is proving a difficult task as well. There appears to be an ambient interference generated by the surround plant life that is causing a lot of trouble. The good thing is that the Scout's communications are likely also impacted with their range reduced.

Corran enters the tunnels just behind the scout but has difficulty navigating the twists. Plus Windel is slowed by some particularly long hanging vines that tangle you both.
