So if I go Gallant 4/Champion 12/Arcanist 4, and take Supreme Concordance, what's my maximum spell points that I can spend on spell seeds I learned from Gallant? From Arcanist? Can I combine seeds from Gallant and Arcanist?

What if I'd taken Supreme Unison instead?

Is there anything that allows you to combine seeds gained from different classes?

Concordance - The max spell points is what is says in the table for level 20, for each class. No combining seeds. You'd have a total # of points of 11 (Gallant) + 126 (Champion) + 17 (Arcanist), plus whatever bonus points you had, which puts you far behind a pure build. And you couldn't use Gallant spell points for Arcanist spells and vice versa.

Unison - The max spell points is what is says in the table for level 20, for each class. No combining seeds. You'd have a total # of points of 11 (Gallant) + 17 (Arcanist) for spell points, and 126 (Champion) for martial points. And you couldn't use martial points for spells, and vice versa.

There is no cross seeding. Not yet, anyway.

So what this tells me is I might need to take another look at those feat chains again. Because you end up as a kind of crappy all-roounder.

I think that's fine, but a feat (chain?) that allows cross-seeding might be nice. With a gallant, if you take a minimal number of gallant levels, and more champion levels, you can actually wind up with more spell points than a single-classed gallant. If you burn your normal feats on Extra Seed, you won't even be behind on the # of seeds, either. So it's a good deal for them, I think.

It would be something like this:

From One To Another
Prerequisites: Ability to cast spells from spell seeds from two different classes.
Benefit: The character chooses one spell seed that he knows from each class, and treat it as if both classes know it. Once chosen, this is permanent.

Blurred Lines
Prerequisites: From One To Another
Benefit: The character chooses one half (round down) of the spell seeds that he knows from each class, and treat them as if both classes know them. Once the seeds are chosen, this is permanent. If new seeds are gained after this feat is chosen, treat them as above.

Two Gifts, One Soul
Prerequisites: Blurred Lines
Benefit: Both casting classes now have access to all seeds from either source.

I've updated the Arhosan Rules, adding in the various houserules that are floating around. If I've forgotten any you can remember, please do remind me.
