Yes in terms of doing something T.O.-ish.
No because normal entry sucks.
The trick to get in as a non-illithid only just got discovered.
Two class features can be had, the old fashioned way,
by multiclassing or building a better dual caster.
Getting an SA or SD off 2 creatures is the different thing
it does. Corner case and mostly DM dependant.
Cleric, Wizard etc, are strictly better on the
next 50 things
a build should do.
