Class Fusillades
Text
  • Magic: The Ruler increases all magic features as if the character had gained a level in the appropriate class at each indicated level. This is one of Seedcasting, Fusillades, Runecarving, Ritual-Wielding, Slicing, Spellsong, Necromantic Magic, Fleshgrafting, or Thresholds.
  • Presence (Ex): While by no means the only course of action available to a ruler, often they find themselves forced to the battlefield, where they must lead their people to victory. When the ruler uses the Warcraft skill, he may choose to have the benefits apply to all of his subjects who can both see and hear him. In addition, as long as the ruler remains visible to his subjects, they gain a +1 morale bonus to attack and damage rolls, and all saves against fear.
  • Influence (Ex): While the obvious talents of a ruler are what garner the praise, often it is the subtle skill that is what protects his realm the most. Once per day while within his territory, the ruler may cast a single one of scrying, commune with nature, or weather eye. He may only target those spells on a creature within his territory, if applicable.
  • Oversight (Su): Knowing where the trouble arises within his territory, and being able to react, is paramount to the ruler's success. He may monitor all subjects within his territory, as per the status spell, by concentrating for one round on that subject. While he is concentrating on a subject, he may expend his daily use of Influence to teleport directly to the monitored subject, as per a successful greater teleport. He may bring four allies with him in this teleport.
POTENTATE [SEED]
You are not an adventurer, but rather the ruler of a land
Prerequisites: 1st level only, Cha 16, Knowledge (Local) 4, Warcraft 4
Benefit: You are the ruler of a piece of territory. While you are within that territory, you gain followers (but not cohorts) as if you had the Leadership feat (this does not stack with the Leadership feat). You gain a +2 bonus on social skills with all subjects within your territory. If you are absent from that territory for more than four weeks, you lose the benefit of this feat and all feats and abilities that require it until you have remained within your territory for four weeks.

It is. It's not intended for players.
