"I believe you on that score"

She gave him a warm smile. Even if it wasn't certain if the compliment was honest, she smiled like it was. She was complimented a thousand ways every month. Why treat one compliment differently?

Quote
"So you're the one who had some trouble with Black Lily?"

"Oh, is that who that was? Tacky little thing that confused fashion sense for weather sense?" she said with the kind of smile one could only muster by NOT knowing how much danger you were in at the time. "If I had known that puff of smoke would cause so much trouble, I'd have stayed in bed."

Wrench nodded at Arthur's comment about keeping the city together. If only he knew the things he'd fixed sense coming here. City's broken all over. Just fix what gets me paid. as he talks, Bubbles wraps her arm around Wrench and strokes his back with her nails. Wrench looks down at her and smiles. In a whisper to her, he says Definitely worth spending more time with you.
Smile beautiful. It's not as bad as you think.

Arthur breaks into a genuine grin at that comment, shaking his head. "Well, it'd certainly have made all of our nights less interesting." He stares off just past Unique's left ear thoughtfully, eyes clearly fixated on something elsewhere. "You, uh, mentioned smoke? As in a cloud, a fire, a bomb maybe?"

"Best I could tell, it was (insert skill result here)," says Wrench, thinking back to the event.

"And whomever they are, they took out a building full of well-trained, well-designed Lifetorn.... security specialists..." He gave the hesitant emphasis on the last two words, with the look in his eye communicating to what obvious degree the title was bullshit. "These people were also well armed with military grade hardware. This Black Lily must be a potent organization for such a feat. Do you know anything of them?"

"Well, more of a Cloud or Fog then a bomb, really." Unique corrected herself. "Though, from what I remember, the people who stepped out of that cloud were the real villains of fashion."

What followed was perhaps the most detailed description of three sentient beings ever, but only in regards to their attire. Make, model, designer... Unique had an eye for fashion that would rival the keen fashion genius of Beholders. She also touched upon genders and races, but almost as an afterthought.

"... and no one should be caught dead in a pair of Aberzombie pants." she concluded. "If I remember.." she struck the most adorable thinking pose, "... The lady was the smoke. If you ask me, she should have stayed smoke. Nothing of her's matched, she clashed more then two Glass Golems caught in a Powerbard war, and her wings were atrocious. SO last season."

Ravage looks somewhat confused.  "I never realized that clothing was so...complicated.  Now that I am no longer property..."  Ravage pauses when he says that.  He never truly expected to be able to utter those words.  After a second he continues, "Now I could wear clothing if I so chose, though it would serve no purpose.  However, it sounds like more difficulty than I want to address."

Tapping his own attire, Ash pipes in, with what might have even been excitement. "Good for holding extra mags and anything you might need. Plus it can give you tactical advantages against sentient opponents who register images through the subconscious. The science is good; I'll submit something to you if interested." Looking at Ravage, he wondered if there was a firearm somewhere in there. Might not hurt to get him a Revenant light machine gun, with arms like his easily able to take the recoil without hassle.

Arthur listens to Unique's incredibly detailed and highly fashion-oriented explanation with the air of a drowning man trying desperately to stay above water. He looks down at his own outfit sheepishly, plucking a stray bit of lint off the jacket. "...I'll try to remember that next time I go to buy clothes."

Ravage listens to Ash and nods at his explanation.  "That makes sense.  However, I have no use for carrying extra ammunition for I don't use weapons that require it.  If I need to attack an opponent from range I just modify my body to be capable of such an action.  Thank you for your offer however, I will keep it in mind."

Air hisses through Arthur's teeth as he finally shakes off his distant look. "Well, you were right about their organization," he says to Ash. "They've got someone working for them good at covering their tracks. 'Black Lily' shows up on most of the 'Net as a cupcake delivery service, with a few places they didn't quite manage to obscure arguing about whether it's a gang or a person or both. We're not going to get too far with that, though, so let me see if I can stir up the hive a little more."

A soft chime sounds, and Bubbles goes to one of the speaking tubes, murmuring into it for a moment.  She then turns back to the group.  "Unique, sweetie, Santos says that there's a girl here asking for you, and should he make her go away?"  She presses an area of the wall, which lights up as a scryscreen, showing a familiar white-haired girl huddled beside the hulking form of Santos, one of Roth's excellently-trained bouncers.

Unique turns to the Scrywall, and then smiles when she sees the girl. "Not at all Bubbles, we never turn away someone in need."

The sculpted elf then turned to the group, "I'll be back as soon as I can. Do stay out of trouble." she almost purred as she turned to leave the secure enclosure, and while you'd be sad to see her go... as the old saying goes.

Unique would head around to the front, to check on the girl who asked for her.

Arthur shoves both hands into his pockets, surfacing from DivNet again. "Nothing. Although I'd have been surprised if this had been something I could have solved from bed." He glances around in mild confusion, noticing that one of the room's occupants is missing. "Did Unique pop out for a bit?"

"She's receiving a visitor. How difficult was the hack, and were you traced? I expected more than just obfuscation..." Could he have been wrong? So accomplished at hiding, and yet wielding such a blunt force as he knew?

Cecilia was waiting beside the bouncer outside, sort of upset. She was used to wait, but never envisioned someone wouldn't be subjugated by her natural beauty, even in these shady clothes. Even worse, make her go away? Right.

When she finally saw Unique, Cecilia became more lively. With a faint smirk on her face, she said: "How nice of you to come greet me, madame! Would you imagine, I got distracted because of that nasty boy and fell out of sight, just like that! Where's that.. uhm... nice fellow, Ravage?"
