Yes, and if you compare Daivrat's text vs table you get another rules SNAFU because according to the text there is really no restriction against divine or psychic casters being Daivrats. Paizo's no stranger to fuck-ups like that tbh. Stalwart Defender came out in Pathfinder Core and plain forgot to include the AC scaling ability in the table or provide an explicit progression in the text (standard interpretation is that it scales at levels 1, 4, 7, 10) and they never ever fixed it. Just Paizo things. Paizo would like to send its assurances that it definitely playtests its products though. :whistle

You can also add it to spellcasters with Pathfinder Savant, Loremaster taking Secret of Magical Discipline feats, just getting a plain scroll of it (or using Daivrat Spell-Fetch, Loremaster, or Limited Wish) and using Ring of Spell Knowledge II with UMD to avoid level penalties, or playing a Samsaran race character with Mystic Past Life.

Ki can be converted into channel uses or spell slots when using Full Pouch on Tea of Transference (up to 2 less than your highest level spell). You can generate more Ki through the Ki Channel. Full Pouch can be used twice thanks to the echoing spell: once to recharge itself and once to cast another spell or replenish channel energy. Once it's airborne, you can gain unlimited ki and channel energy as well as infinite spell slots that are up to two levels lower than your highest level spell. Since you need a Ki pool, a 3d6 channel, and an Echoing Full Pouch that is two levels lower than your highest level spell, it is a high-level combination.

TiaC already mentioned that one as the first reply to the thread. Looking over the new Echoing Spell text, it seems you might be able to use Tea of Transference to regain an expended spell slot that had cast an Echoing Spell but you cannot use it to reprepare an Echoing Full Pouch. For prepared casters obtaining spells from the Wizard list, there is probably an infinite loop to be done by taking Magical Lineage and Wayang Spellhunter traits (or the Spell Perfection feat) on Full Pouch in order to make Echoing Full Pouch only use a 3rd level slot. Now you use Full Pouch to regain Mnemonic Enhancer and cast Mnemonic Enhancer to prepare a new Echoing Full Pouch and still have a second extra Tea of Transference to do with as you please. The downside is that Mnemonic Enhancer costs you 10 minutes to cast each time.

Of course, you can also just cast Major Creation to produce a giant volume of Tea of Transference and be done with it, but your supply will only last 1 round/level that way.

Hm, Draconic Perfume offers a pretty potent +2 spell DCs of either the charm school (as well as a +2 circumstance bonus to Diplomacy checks) or the compulsion school (as well as a +2 circumstance bonus to Bluff checks), so that's worth bearing in mind.
