Firearm Rules for D&D 3.5
« on: March 15, 2016, 04:49:59 PM »
What are the best firearm rules/mechanics you've found that fit into D&D 3.5 rule set. I thinking a very, very low level tech environment, even lower than steam punk. Like guns are just brand new.

Pathfinders rolls easily enough into 3.5 and has a section for early firearms. Single shot, muzzle loaded kind of stuff.

If you want to use more advanced guns, I suggest making reload a standard action for clip fed firearms, and a move action for ones with removable magazines.

Dragon #321 has the best 3.5 gun rules that I've seen.
