Hello, I have a question about the hellfire wyrm from Manuel Monster II.

The hellfire wyrm has a surnatural ability : fiendish form.

So, is it any kind of devil ? It is not a unique form of devil. For example, erynie and not in gelugon.

Is it possible to create a similar dragon for the demon ? what will be the spell like abilities and summon Tanar ri ?

I read "normal form of any tiefling or devil" as any standard form of an evil and lawful outsider - i.e. the basic monster stat block without templates, class levels or other features that go beyond the standard statblock.

How a demonic variation would look like would be more something for the homebrew section. Aside from alignment, the Summon Bateezu ability is one that would definitively need to change to its demon counterpart.
