Also, you are around 3 times more likely to get food poisoning and E Coli from organic foods since they use manure as a fertilizer. It is estimated by the guy who won a Nobel peace prize for his new strain of wheat that with wholly organic food production and no genetically modified foods we could feed around 4 billion of the earth. We have 7.3 billion. Do the math. That guy is credited with saving a billion lives, by the way.
